MEETING OVER FOOD

It’s always nice to meet over a good meal. Strangers will talk, and friends find new topics – especially if you don’t have to prepare everything in the kitchen yourself. Let us prepare and serve the food so you can enjoy yourself. If you are more than 8 people, you must agree on one of our delicious party menues.

– Fried fillet of plaice with sauce remoulade
– Asparagus with sauce Hollandaise and shrimps

– Tartelet with chicken and asparagus
– Danish meatballs with warm patoto salad
– Tartare of beef with mixed danish herbs

– Cold-smoked salmon with scramble eggs and chives

3 KINDS OF MEAT & POULTRY
– Chicken salad with bacon
– Veal liver pate with mushrooms and beet roods
– Tenderloin steak of pork with soft roasted onions and cucumber salad
