During Christmas time we add a little extra to the atmosphere in the restaurant. The place is festively decorated according to old Danish traditions. We serve nice, dark Christmas beer from Tuborg, Jacobsen and Nørrebro Bryghus, and because of Christmas, we have chilled the seasonal snaps and aquavits and there is a flavor for everyone.

The snaps and beer are perfect for the many specialties that are on the menu during Christmas. For example, try our fried herring, which has been marinating in a special brew from Jacobsen brewery. You must also taste our spicy Christmas herring marinated in Christmas snaps from Linie. And then there are all the other classics like æbleflæsk, blood pudding, Christmas sausage served with cabbage, warm pork roast and – as something new – our Christmas paté with beetroot and mustard. Of course, the whole thing ends with the Danish specialty risalamande served with a warm cherry sauce for those who still have room.

You can choose from all our classic Christmas dishes or try the traditional Christmas plate for DKK 395, the Christmas lunch for DKK 500 or the big Christmas buffet for DKK 675, which is only served in the evening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the 14., 15., 21., 22., 27. and 28. and 29. of November and 4., 5., 6., 11., 12., 13., 18., 19. and 20. of December 2025.

We will will be closed on the day of Christmas Eve December 24., the 25. and 26. but open again from december 27. and throughout the New Year. We are closed on New Years day the 31. December 2025 and 1. of January 2026.
